Royal Lpage’s national website
profile pages
Profile pages added a great deal of value to the national website. For new agents, it allowed them a quick digital presence with the brand. Agents have the ability to make the page quite robust, including their current listing inventory, areas of specialty, areas serviced and spoken languages. Their social media channels can also be added here, making it easy for prospective clients to check out their profiles.
From an SEO standpoint, the individual agent, team and broker profile pages helped build up the national site, making it easier to find and increase overall organic traffic.
info & advice: SEO content
To improve overall website performance and increase traffic to the site, we added SEO content and information that buyers and sellers would be looking for on a real estate site. From advice for first time home buyers, to understanding what is involved in buying a recreational property, the content assists with organic traffic, and in turn, increases leads to our agents and brokers.

Search field: above the fold
One of the biggest challenges the previous site had was having the search feature hidden below the fold. One of the first changes made to the design of the site was to ensure that the search field was found upfront on the home page, as well as throughout the site.
