The Horizon Interactive Awards is one of the most prestigious awards in the field of interactive and creative media. The competition recognizes, promotes and awards the best websites, videos, online advertising, print media and mobile applications. Each year, the Horizon Interactive Awards receives thousands of entries from all over the world and a volunteer panel of industry professionals, from diverse multi-media, graphic design, advertising and marketing backgrounds, review the entries to determine the work that is to be recognized.

2021 OREA presidential advisory group

Presidential Advisory Group on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, the first of its kind in organized real estate. I am incredibly honoured to be a part of this advisory group as the only non-member of OREA, bringing to light the view of corporate real estate. This incredible group has played an integral role in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in Ontario real estate for Black, Indigenous, People of Colour, LGBTQ, women, and people living with disabilities.

In October 2022, the group released a comprehensive report regarding the inequities faced by Black, Indigenous and Persons of Colour (BIPOC), LGBTQ2S+ and people living with disabilities, and how it is contributing to the housing crisis in Ontario. Read the full report here.
