Royal Lepage commercial reimaginged
updated logos & Marks
After being a dormant part of the brand for over 25 years, I worked to develop the overall look and feel the newly relaunched Royal LePage Commercial brand. This included the development of an updated logo, brand book, website, listing kit and traditional marketing assets such as business cards, feature sheets and more.
new lawn signs
Designed around the brand new marks, the lawn signs were built with commercial properties in mind. Unlike residential properties, signage often needs to be much larger to be seen on properties such as farms, vacant land and large office buildings.
New designs were created and field tested, with modifications occurring throughout the process.
standalone commercial website
Commercial properties formally populated on the national Royal LePage website, making them hard to find and distinguish amongst the thousands of homes and rental units. With the relaunch of Royal LePage Commercial, the brand recognized that commercial properties required different features and resources for commercial real estate professionals and their clients. The site was created with commercial real estate in mind, including distinct features such as building blue prints and detailed property maps.
