BRAND GUIDELINES & IDENTITY STANDARDS

One of the key elements of the rebrand was to create a comprehensive Brand Guidelines & Identity Standards document to help companies across Canada to successfully update their marketing materials at a local level.


SIGNAGE: EXTERIOR, FRONT DESK & LAWN SIGNS

All signage, including lawn signs were updated to reflect the new Coldwell Banker logo. With over 200 offices in Canada, direction on how to execute the new aesthetic was provided to each company, including a full suite of company DBA logos.


NATIONAL WEBSITE

Coldwell Banker Canada also completed a full rebrand of the national website, coldwellbanker.ca.


TRADESHOW BANNERS / BRAND AWARENESS

In real estate, there are many industry-related tradeshows and conferences. Coldwell Banker Canada attended several including the largest real estate tradeshow, TRREB’s REALTOR Quest, OREA’s Reality Conference and Banff Western Connection.


CLOTHING & APPAREL

With the update to the brand’s logo came a lot of internal network pride. Real estate professionals from around the world not only reflagged their business cards, lawn signs and marketing materials; they also were excited to show their pride of brand through various promotional pieces and apparel.

From t-shirts, baseball caps, mugs and more, the Coldwell Banker network of professionals were proud of the company’s new modern aesthetic.
