rlp network: redesign
Digging deep:
As a part of the development of the new intranet site platform, Royal LePage partnered with Akendi to complete a full dive into the user-base of the platform. Focus groups and surveys helped provide important feedback from users from each category, and impacted how the site would eventually be laid out.
The work behind this was extensive, but resulted in a strong backend system that would be later used to plug into Google Apps and a customized CRM system build for Royal LePage called rlpSphere (formally, Smart Studio).

rlpNetwork was operating on a very dated backend, with limited ability to be redeveloped. To redesign and update the platform was a monstrous task, and would impact thousands of people. The team took a phased approach, reworking the wireframes and building profiles so that the experience was customizable to each user.
content rich, all-in-one location
rlpNetwork is Royal LePage's intranet site, and the hub of all information for agents, brokers and administrative staff. The intranet site was in dire need of an update. The overall look and feel of the tool, as well as the way users access information was updated to make it easier and more efficient.
