In the height of a global pandemic, our HOMES became so much more than simply a house. Understanding this was key when putting together the national/global campaign of “Guiding you home since 1906”. The campaign highlighted the safety and security that a home brings, especially giving thanks to the many health care providers who were forced to stay away from their homes as they helped battle against Covid-19.


Hoops consumer campaign

This national consumer campaign focused on the connection that people have with their homes; in particular, the ad campaign showcased a Coldwell Banker’s agent’s ability to recognize a young boy who was upset because of his parents’ decision to move. By pointing out how something a simple as putting up a basketball hoop in his driveway, it could be a great way to make new friends in his new neighbourhood.

The campaign included print and digital assets, including an email campaign, several customizable video spots, stock photos and posters.


Blue recruiting campaign

The national recruiting campaign focused on the power of the blue; the power of Coldwell Banker. With over 115 years of experience in the real estate industry, Coldwell Banker created assets that would showcase the brand’s value proposition.

The campaign included print and digital assets, including an email campaign, several customizable video spots, stock photos and customizable posters.


HOMES FOR DOGS PROJECT

At Coldwell Banker, we believe that every animal should have a loving family and a warm, snuggly place to call home. In partnership with Adopt-a-Pet.com, the brand created the Coldwell Banker Homes for Dogs Project, a national campaign that aims to help 20,000 dogs find loving homes to call their own!

The campaign offers agents and brokers a way to connect with people in their communities in a way that goes beyond real estate.
