Logo refresh

The logo underwent a very minor refresh, adding in “Luxury Properties”. While this may seem minor, it helped clarify the program to many clients and real estate professionals who were not previously familiar with the program. The refresh was rolled out in stages, with updates coming to both print and digital marketing assets.

Updated brand guidelines

In addition to the marketing assets, the Brand Guidelines also were refreshed to reflect the changes to the program. New assets were added to the existing resources, including a full suite of eMarketing and email campaigns.

Lawn Signage

The lawn sign was updated to reflect the logo change. Working with the provincial regulators across Canada, we ensured that the logos and signage met all basic real estate regulatory requirements as they vary from province to province.

Standalone carriage Trade luxury properties website

Given the unique nature of the properties, a standalone website was created to support the niche market. The website connects back to the national residential website, royallepage.ca and the national commercial website, royallepagecommercial.com.
