Melissa provides a 360 degree approach when supporting agents, brokers and owners. Having held a variety of roles over the course of her twenty year career in the real estate sector, she brings to the conversation a unique voice that has held agents and brokers at a local level, as well as helped catapult national brands such as Royal LePage and Coldwell Banker Canada. Fresh out of university, Melissa began her career at the Ontario Real Estate Association in 2003. She held a variety of roles within the company, notably as one of the founding members of OREA’s marketing department. She helped move the company from print and traditional marketing over to digital, working closely with internal stakeholders to grow the association’s membership and student count.

She then went on to work for Canada’s largest real estate company at the time, Royal LePage in her role as National Marketing Manager. Under her direction, the company grew its social media presence, underwent rebranding of its national Commercial and Carriage Trade Luxury programs, as well as was one of the primary contributing members of the company’s award-winning development of the AI-supported feature tool, “Your Perfect Life” and redesign of the national websites (royallepage.ca, royallpagecommercial.com, and intranet site (rlpNetwork).

Following this, Melissa took on the role of Senior Director for Coldwell Banker Canada, where she oversaw the Marketing, Communication and Public Relations departments for the brand at a national level. In her role, she supported broker owners, managers and administrative staff at a national level, providing key marketing materials for recruitment, retention and ongoing support. Her most notable work with Coldwell Banker was the rollout of the new branding for Coldwell Banker, Coldwell Banker Commercial and Coldwell Banker Global Luxury. This including the redesign all marketing materials, including signage, office interiors/exteriors, business cards and more.

After 20 years in corporate real estate, she has made the shift to start her own company so that she can provide a hands-on, direct approach in providing value in an advisory capacity to her clients.
